Out-of-Network Status


I am not an in-network provider with any insurance plans, and am not able to communicate directly with any insurance companies. 

Payment must be provided at the time each service is rendered. 

If you are not already familiar with your out-of-network mental health benefits, I recommend that you contact your insurance carrier or representative prior to our first meeting, to determine if you are eligible for reimbursement, and if so, at what rate and subject to what deductibles.

On a monthly or weekly basis, I will provide a detailed invoice that includes the diagnosis, procedure, and provider codes that you will need to submit for reimbursement, should choose to do so. Please also keep a copy for your records.
